We offer free shipping on orders over $250 in Canada and the U.S.
Orders within Canada will be shipped by Canada Post.
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped by either Canada Post or UPS depending on selected rate at checkout.
Please note: items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to the country which you are shipping to.

At this time we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. We are working on adding international delivery as soon as possible.
If an item is available for pre-order the estimated delivery window will be located on the product page.
You will be charged for the pre-order item at the time of purchase. If purchased with ready to ship item(s), they will ship separately.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we are only able to accommodate returns within Canada and the US at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original protective packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@sensual-tension.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to us (except in the case of faulty items). We suggest using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and will not be held liable for issues with tracking your return or lost items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including the following: underwear, lingerie sets that include underwear, sale items, and gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
